On September 5th 2009 Davis Paintball Center, Located in Davis in Northern California hosted the 3rd Northern California Big Game. The event was co-promoted by all 17 northern california paintball stores and sponsors included Planet Eclipse, JT USA, CCM, Angel, Azodin, Karnage Paintballs, and Ballerscafe.com.

The event saw Davis Paintball Raffle off an 09 Eclipse Geo, 09 Eclipse, Custom CCM Pump gun, Angel A-1 Fly, Azodin Pump gun and and endless supply of soft and hard goods. The combination of great game play on Davis' 40+ acres, great prizes to be won drew out over 250 players to this event.

For the event there was an airball field set up on turf for people that prefered that style. Everyone else played in the big game, incorporating all of Davis' 8 recreation field as one giant field. Games played include an attack and defend on Stalingrad, the 2 acre walled city field, as well as scenario style games with re-insertion points to be battled over and won, and a game where you had to move 'nuclear' bomb into your opponents back field to win.

Much fun was had by all, and everyone can't wait for the next Nor Cal big game in spring of 2010. Check davispaintball.com for more info!!
