Please be aware that when returning anything to Planet Eclipse that it is your responsibility to correctly protect and securely package the goods being returned. We recommend that you use a courier that requires a signature upon delivery, and that the goods are insured if you require this service, as Planet Eclipse will not be held responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
