Before any items are returned please contact Customer Services and provide a description of the problem(s) with imagery. They will evaluate the problem(s) and respond accordingly. If they authorise a return you will get an RMA Number at that point.
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within fourteen days of receipt of the goods. To cancel you can email or write to us within fourteen days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You, the consumer, are obliged to take reasonable care of the items and return them in unused condition with the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. The consumer is obliged to return the goods at their own cost within fourteen days; Planet Eclipse will not refund this cost. The consumer is responsible for the goods until they are back in the possession of Planet Eclipse, the consumer must claim for any damages caused on the return, from the courier used. If the goods are not returned in unused condition then the right to full refund is forfeited. When returning items that are deemed to be faulty you must contact us by telephone, prior to sending the articles back and obtain instructions and authorised returns reference from the sales staff. Second hand items, or items that are described as seconds, are not deemed as being faulty for the imperfections disclosed at the time of sale. Any goods returned that have no fault as confirmed by our engineers will be subject to a re-stocking charge (WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A RE-STOCKING FEE AT 20% OF THE INVOICE VALUE FOR GOODS RETURNED). Note: Incorrect delivery instructions are not a reason for goods to be returned, re-delivery or stock returns will be charged.

We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 i.e. where goods are not of satisfactory quality or as described. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufactures instructions, misuse, or alteration or repair of the goods (other than that done by our staff). In other instances we will consider an exchange or credit note provided that the goods are returned promptly; in their original condition and with the receipt. Please remember that you are not legally entitled to a refund, subject to Distance Selling Regulations, if:
- You have changed your mind about the goods.
- You have damaged the goods.
- You were aware of the defect before you bought the goods.
- You find that you no longer need the goods.
- All items sold are accompanied with the respective manufacturers warranty only.
Invoice Returns & Exchanges
Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee , conditional to Distance Selling Regulations.
Conditions of sale. All claims must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. In no circumstances whatsoever shall our liability exceed the invoice price if the particular item(s) in regard to any claim. The buyer is obliged to return the goods of a cancelled order, and to endure that they are in unused condition with the original packaging. All costs borne to the buyer.
Damage/Loss in Transit. Planet Eclipse Ltd does not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit, storage or loss in transit should be made on the carrier, complying with any restrictions the courier may have. The risk in the goods listed above passes to the buyer on despatch from Planet Eclipse.
Payment Terms. Payment strictly in advance. Credit card payments shall be subject to a 3% surcharge. Title of these goods shall not pass to the buyer until all monies have been received in full. Planet Eclipse Ltd reserves the right for its servants or agents to enter upon the premises of the buyer to recover any goods that remain unpaid by the buyer.
Some goods are non refundable (unless found to be faulty) this includes but is not limited to the following:
- Customised products or made to order items where the item is unique to the purchaser(s)
- Gift cards / vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
- Underwear or certain types of jewellery where hygiene may be a factor
- Securely sealed items where the seal is broken making it unfit for resale
